NOTES:
Trained in the AM in fasted state. Felt pretty good until met con portion, felt a little sluggish and hungry by then. I ran out of time and had to rush the weighted dip, probably had a little more in me for that. Also, last part of last round stopped recording again, something popped up on my calendar and I guess that stops the recording!
