NOTES:
It is still tough for me to pace an AMRAP at 80%, but I just tried to not go all out at any point. Hopefully I can start to get a better feel for this. First AMRAP felt good, I need to work on a better transition on TnG cleans. AMRAP 2 was pretty straight forward. The 55# on TGU was a little slow and felt heavy on my left side (weaker side for sure), which is also the shoulder that is bothering me some right now. I did like ending the session with TGU though, felt like a nice cool down.
