We hosted the Open workout today from 11-2, and I went in the very last heat.
After a bad start, I waited 15 minutes and I restarted and finished with 308 reps.
I broke up my reps: (double unders were not intentional…)
30 - 10/5

16/14 - 7/4/3
17/13 - 6/5/4
17/13 - 6/5/4
16/14 - 5/4/4/2
14/16 - 8
My goal was to get into 8th round, and I feel like I can get there if I clean up my double unders and eliminate that extra bar drop in the 6th round.
My plan of attack is to re-do this one monday afternoon, and try to possibly mix in some c&j to get longer unbroken sets, and try and clean up my double unders by going into this with a decent score already, so hopefully there won't be any added pressure.
