Saturday 3.8.14

My back is not 100% but anxious to give 14.2 a shot.  Spent some extra time warming up and prepping for the workout.  OHS are in my wheelhouse, CTB are not.  I seem to lose endurance strength usually around 50 reps, so my goal is to keep my sets short and quick.

I finished with 138 reps, 6 pull ups short of completing the round of 14.  OHS all unbroken, pull ups went like this:

R1= 3-3-3-1 / 2-2-2-2-2
R2= 3-2-3-3-1 / 2-3-2-1-1-1-1-1
R3= 1-3-1-1-2-1-1-1-1-1-1 / 1-2-1-1-1-1-1

I'm going to give this another shot on Monday, try and keep my pull ups in 2s and 3s in that round of 14 to get to next round
