NOTES:
Cleans felt like they were a little better today. I went too light on DB row, will use 88s next time for sure. I did kipping pull ups and they went better than I expected. AMRAP was good, row felt strong, but after my first 10 thrusters I had lost it, and got, 7, then like 4-5, 4, and 3. I had about 1:30 left when I got to bar for T2B, and rattled off 10 to start, then just started doing smaller sets from there. Surprised the 95# thrusters took so much to of me! I will add videos of squats and cleans tomorrow.
