Notes:
AD wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, seems that I am getting a little better at that. Last 500m row surprised me some. Probably a little slow out of the gate on this, but I really wasn't sure how I was going to hold up through all the intervals, super stoked to have that time on last round. It about killed me but I survived.
